The Guardian Gods

Eight Virean beings were assigned to guard and guide this world. Together they once formed the polytheistic order that both empires revered, before the Fracture turned mortals against all but one of them.

Their voices are not gone, they are being jammed by a corrupted Rivari. Mortals who think their god has fallen silent are, in truth, hearing a forgery.
